Station 1 Community Room Request

This is to request use of the community room at Lefthand Fire Protection District Station 1, 900 Lefthand Canyon Drive, Boulder, CO 80302. Lefthand Fire sponsored events and activities have priority use of the space, so all dates and times may not be available. Reservation is not considered final until the request is granted. Click "View Calendar" on the left below "Upcoming Events" to see scheduled events. Note that this does not include other reservations of the Community Room that may have been granted.

A/V needs I will need a projector or TV. I will not need any A/V equipment.

The Community Room has a few options for presentations. The renting party will need to have a staff member help connect equipment, and is responsible for providing their own source (laptop).

Events must conclude no later than 21:00, with any cleaning finished and all parties exited before station quiet time at 22:00.

Station TWO at 7761 Overland Road has a capacity of 20.

Station FOUR at 7300 Lefthand Canyon Dr. has a capacity of 30.

Both have limited amenities. Station ONE is selected by default.
Crew Request

If you would like a crew for your event, please write a brief detail of your request. Please understand that any crew request is subject to availability of volunteers and emergency calls.
